At No Boundaries, we’re more than a team of carers. We’ve built a family over 26 years and have helped more than 120 individuals maximise their potential. We uphold INTEGRITY, DIGNITY and EQUALITY by keeping things real with fact, using our accredited expertise, long-standing experience and sector-leading offerings. When we unite as a family - participants, staff, carers and supporters - we’re simply known as ‘the guys’. No labels, no uniforms, no ‘us’, no ‘them’, simply No Boundaries.
Our Staff
We’re privileged to have some of Australia’s leading experts in disability support on the No Boundaries team. Our highly qualified staff are dedicated to creating experiences that have purpose, engage and teach the guys with no boundaries on possibilities. The team also includes a dedicated Participant Services team, who are specialists in social work.
No Boundaries Disability Support Inc is a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity. Made up of professionals, parents, and volunteers, we are governed by the adopted constitution, relevant legislation, and rulings of The Office of Fair Trading.

Peak Government Body Profiles No Boundaries Sensory Unit
(March 2021)
Queensland’s Council of Social Services (QCOSS) visited No Boundaries earlier this year to experience the Sensory Unit first hand and produced an outstanding video highlighting how No Boundaries supports this type of therapy for its positive benefits on communication, behaviour and wellbeing.

‘Exceptional Service’ Renews No Boundaries NDIS Certification

Independent auditors, the Institute of Healthy Communities, evaluated the services of No Boundaries in December 2020 for its annual NDIS certification. In their comprehensive report they found ‘policies, procedures and practices...to be effective in providing an exceptional service, meeting the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards.
Renovations Bring More Outdoor Experiences

Extensive works is in the process of being completed around the outdoor in-ground trampoline. We aim to have ALL equipment at the center accessible to every participant that attends the service and a good bouncing session is no exception.
